Yearling

As you can see, most of our snow has melted again. The thermometer went up to 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Not a heat wave, but enough to clear away some of the snow and bring the deer out in full force.

One exciting "find" today was a great horned owl nesting in the park. There is suspicion that s/he may be sitting on some eggs. Only time will tell, but I will be watching the nest carefully, just in case.
