Blue sky tonic

The feeling of exhilaration after today's four mile walk lasted all day. When you're looking at scenes like this it's bound to lift the spirits. Add fresh country air and the company of a good friend and you have the ideal antidote to Lockdown 2.  I know I am very fortunate to be surrounded by lovely countryside and have the time, now that I'm retired, to get out and enjoy it and not have to worry about where the next meal is coming from like so many in this country at the moment.
