A day of de-cluttering

Where does all this come from? I'm sure there are mischievous pixies depositing STUFF in my house.
OK, so I admit I have had the hoarding instincts of a hibernating squirrel in the past, but after a series of clutter therapy sessions from friends and family I'm progressing well.
Been enjoying a major tidy up and de-clutter in preparation for putting the cottage on the market next week.
