LD 233 Zoom Cake

Zoom seems to have come from nowhere to dominate our lives during the pandemic .

Cathleen and I seem to spend an inordinate amount of time using it and when I was discussing a birthday cake for her with the amazing Kate in Northern Lights Cakery (one of the best things to happen to Glendaruel for a long time and one of the many new food companies in Scotland in recent years) ) it seemed natural that we ended up agreeing a Zoom theme for today's amazing creation.  

Thus the screens around the cake with family, pets and logos of organisations that she is part of , with  - on top -  a gesture to her other favourite place,  her poly tunnel where she grows so much that we have eaten during the summer.
