Bryan the Birman....

Son Duncan and his Birman cat arrived here last night. Bryan the Birman is a character. He likes sitting on Keith’s nicely cushioned chair. He loves playing with Myrtle and Marigold, the tortie cats, and with Maisie. He is a very handsome boy. The fur on his body has darkened due to living a more outdoor life style with Duncan near Havelock. Duncan and Margaret went for a long 16 km walk along the Taylor River and on the Wither Hills this morning. I finished making and bottling a batch of capsicum chutney. Sadly Margaret flew back to Wellington this evening. We will miss her....
