Birthday girl Stefi

This is Stefi, friend Rosanna’s daughter. She wanted a Victoria Sponge for her birthday. They loved having them in the UK when they lived there.

They also said it was really good, so I hope I’ll be making some more.

Had a very relaxed Sunday after church. We enjoyed watching a few movies with the boys.
