Quiet Flows the Don at Muggiemoss

Had planned a tour de force but down in the dip
by the river everything was in shadow
from early on, apart from the amazing sky.
Lots of creativity here, very Turner right down to the painting in!
Almost taken to destruction.
Drove across Aberdeen to the harbour
and took some last gasp shots from the Torry Battery
where you could still see the light disappearing over the horizon.
The best laid plans.......
Still you get two for the price of one!
