Lanty's Tarn

Sunday Cragg reflected in the beautiful serene tarn on top of Keldas. This is the first time I've successfully made a photo of the tarn from this angle, light conditions are tough no matter how good the weather is here. Deep shadows and strong highlights called for use of HDR, this is the most subtle I could make the effect with additional Photoshop.

I have a lot of great memories from last summer and spring on Keldas; camping, star gazing, fell walking, celebrations. Returning to the fell was so euphoric. This photo is for all the people I've spent time with on Keldas, from those I've came across walking or close friends and even the odd Canadian.
