Who lives in a house like this?

There's a relatively new housing estate on the grounds of a former care home which I stroll by every day. It's only been there maybe two years, just a small development of around 12 houses, all fairly large.

However, there's been 6 sale signs up in recent weeks...leaving me to wonder... what's the seemingly invisible disappointment linked to the properties?

Oh and the fog finally lifted by early afternoon. Sadly no exciting secret lurked beneath it!!
