I don't have his green thumb, but I have his hair.
I have the coat he's wearing in this photo from 1988 on their 40th wedding anniversary. I have the 50 ct piece that was in the inside pocket that he used to get his shopping cart at Aldi.
I have his love for birds but I don't have his love for radishes, lima beans or brussels sprouts.
I have a small chair made out of clothespins he once glued together.
