MACRO WORKSHOP

A while back I participated in a Macro Workshop where I was introduced to focus stacking and using Helicon Focus to accomplish it. This "set up" of a preserved damsel on a cactus flower was one all class members could use as a subject. I thought it might be apropos for Tiny Tuesday.

This is a composite of 10 different photos "stacked" to give unlimited dof, the blown out highlights of the blossom notwithstanding....mea culpa! The subject is actually leaning away from the camera...the cactus being closest and the damsel eyes and blossom being the farthest away.
