The answer to my first online medical consultation came yesterday. You pay (clearly in advance), write your request and add any attachments: the doctor's reply will arrive within the agreed deadline.
I must say that it's a good service: there is an analysis of the exams sent as attachments, a diagnosis, a therapy and preparation for a subsequent check-up.

If only it could always be done like this!

P.s. I know well that it is not possible, it depends on the situation and the specialist (...like me with the neurologist, unfortunately), but it's a nice option anyway.

Ieri è arrivata la risposta al mio primo consulto medico online. Paghi (chiaramente in anticipo), scrivi la tua richiesta e aggiungi eventuali allegati: entro la data di scadenza pattuita ti arriva la risposta del dottore. 
Devo dire che mi ha soddisfatto come servizio: c'è un'analisi degli esami inviati come allegati, una diagnosi, una terapia e la preparazione per un successivo controllo.

Se solo si potesse fare sempre così! 

P.s. Lo so bene che non è possibile, dipende dalla situazione e dallo specialista (...tipo io con il neurologo, sfortunatamente), ma è una bella opzione comunque.
