Seven Oceans

We are about to work in conjunction with another of the Subsea 7 fleet. The Seven Oceans is a Pipelay Vessel and is about to lay an 8" Stainless Steel Pipeline in 600 metres of water. as it lays the 8" pipe it also attaches to it a 2" control line. Both those pipes are stored on the back deck on reels and as it lays the two pipes they are joined together by brackets attached as it goes over the top of the lay system at the stern..... Least that is the plan.. I don't really care as tomorrow is my last full day for this trip. Home on Wednesday... yippeee!
