MonoMonday Challenge 355 - Leading Lines
This is my landscape - so as much as I am allowed with Lombardy region back in lockdown for the second time this year. As such I have taken a tiny break from Blip over the past few days as I haven't been out of the house. It is not a restringent lockdown and I have my doubts about the effectiveness. Most stores are still open, schools are open... Though given the high new infection rates I am not eager to go outside. Although I did make a quick out and back this morning to see Mr JC off for his day.
Cities are full of lines - vertical and horizontal mostly. I like the effect of sunlight agains the water from the doorman hosing down the sidewalk along with straight view down the sidewalk. Very three dimensional and a classic study in perspective with the sharp lines of the grates and side walk leading to infinity and the vertical lines of doors and windows to set the depth. The horizontal line created by the top of the doors and windows on the right really sets the perspective.
Thanks to Maioayee for hosting this week's challenge.
