Ruffles And Flourishes

Ruffles and Flourishes are the preceding fanfare traditionally played to honor important people (such as the President of the United States!) at ceremonies.  Given the excitement of the last week, I thought this title was appropriate both for the ornate "ruffleiness" of this ornamental cabbage, and as a nod to our new President Elect -- the ouster of the Tangerine Tyrant!
