Plainfield Rail Trail ...

... chipmunk.  Yay!

If we thought yesterday was nice we were even more pleased with today's weather!  It was simply gorgeous!  The high today was 77° F and was sunny!

So sunny and warm that we took the convertible out for a drive ... ending up at Plainfield Rail Trail.  As we walked the trail I was hoping to see some chipmunks and was very, very happy that we did! 

All of our chipmunks are deep in the burrows by now ... the last time I saw one here was back in October.  I was hoping that the recent warm weather would bring them out but it hasn't so far.
