Woodies back blip

We took a trip to town today. I wanted a turkey call made by "Peck" Martin. He has been doing wood carving for over 20 years after the factory closed where he worked in WV. He was diagnosed with mesothelioma early this year and has been under treatment for it. I wanted to meet him and see some of his work so we set up an appointment and drove over to his shop. We kept a very safe distance from him as it is hard for him to wear a mask for long periods of time. we also met a man who works with him in a different part of the shop. He (Larry) also works in a local beanery and is the only one there that roasts the coffee beans. 
Wonderful day. Made some special new friends.
