Butternut Squash Jam

Grocery shopping in the morning. Jam cooking in the afternoon. 

We were in Sainsbury's at 11:00 when they had a 2 minute Rememberance Sunday silence. I was surprised that nearly all shoppers stopped shopping and kept quiet for the 2 minutes. There was one elderly man rummaging through the fish freezer, but that was about the only movement.
