Rounding the Bend

...in the gold sluicing country of old Stewart Town near Bannockburn.  Seventeen of us in the walking group today.  The scenery around here is dramatic and the wild thyme was in perfect condition, looking and smelling beautiful.  Three extras:  a bunch of wild thyme, caves in the cliffs and a sea of thyme running up to cliffs.  That is thyme in the valley of the main picture.
