The magic tree

Been working on this for what seems like a lifetime but I'm pleased to say my magic tree drawing is now finished :)

I think it's probably the best thing I've done in a while and something different to what I usually do so I'm very pleased with it.
I like doing pieces that have a bit of immagination and fantasy to them. I think over the years I've not had the confidence to do anything apart from drawing from life and exactly what something is "supposed" to look like but I have realised that as good as that is part of doing art is your take on something. I know from when I look on the net the pictures I like and wish I could do myself are ones like this. Plus it's a bit more fun :D
So I will definitely keep more pictures like this up in the future.
