More water, so much more, needed

Just to give you an idea of how much water we need to get the pond back to its original depth. The pic at the top shows how far the water stretches at the moment. It is very shallow. The one below shows the bare area which from 1996 to 2006 roughly, was always full of water and quite deep too. That's why we need lots of rain. Little hope of that as this part of England is meant to be the driest.
