We will remember them

A full size poppy soldier in town. My friend told me it was there or I would have missed it in its quiet corner by the churchyard. Martin and I walked up early this morning before the remembrance ceremony took place.

We stopped off to watch the geese and the terns at the pond while we had a drink and a cookie.
