On top of Tomnahurich Hill

The large cross is a memorial to sailors lost at sea in wartime. It's a dramatic spot, and it also provides some great views. I thought there might be people up there today, but it was just us. It's a great place, a kind of park with a hill, as well as a cemetery. Extra of the view to the south.
