This is Julie!

This is my friend Julie. We have had such a lovely day together. I haven't seen her for a few weeks, so it was so nice to catch up and have a proper chat. Well we did chat....from lunch until we thought we had better get home at tea time! We had a lovely lunch at Nandos and bless her she insisted on paying...it's my turn next time. We shopped till we dropped and I have bought some new jeans in a size smaller than my usual. Then we had a coffee...well she did I had green tea! We then shopped some more and it was chat, chat, chat all the time.
I love days like that. No phone calls or text messages from my boys to interrupt my day either.
Had a good start to my day as I lost another 1lb. Not too many more to go:)
Now I'm heading for the pool.
Hope the rest of my week is as good as today!
