Such a lovely happy family birthday celebration last night! It made the drive up to Christchurch well worth while.

Church here in Christchurch this morning was so welcome & refreshing, with an emphasis on truth and recognising the changes we all need to make while still recognising that we’re all precious in God’s eyes - all very pertinent, given the news coming out of the US, of Joe Biden’s success as the Presidential nominee, with Kamala Harris as his Deputy.

My newly 80yo friend & I took Missy for a 6+km walk this afternoon, through beautiful trees & bush.
