Life on the allotment is slowing down somewhat. Mellow time of year. I dug the last of my Cara potatoes and tidied up the bean canes and compost bins. Still need to dig over the plot and get some muck in before the ground gets too hard but we'll get there soon. Have enjoyed this first year producing my own vegetables. Learned a lot and now plotting next year's skirmishes. Covid or no covid, we still have to eat.
