Feeling much better, we travelled to Entebbe today. It was definitely a welcome step down in pace from Kampala, and it lies right on the shore of Lake Victoria. Something about the the sight and sound of a large body of water that just relaxes you.

We started by exploring the Wildlife Education Centre, a former zoo which now acts as a sanctuary, recovery and conservation centre for all sorts of exciting beasts with unfortunate pasts.
