A productive day, making the most of the beautiful weather.

I had a call this afternoon from a receptionist the Dr’s surgery. The doctor that I spoke to on Wednesday had asked her to call and ask me to do regular BP recordings and let her know the results next Tuesday. 
She was so helpful and rather than have me call at 8am on the day and join the queue, has already booked me a slot when the GP will call me.... between 8.30 and 12.15. It seems a long time since seeing a doctor was face to face and at a designated time!!! 

This is a bit of an EB. I’ve borrowed B’s sports watch to wear to take the readings. I have to take the recording sitting then standing three times a day.
