Macclesfield forest

We drove over to Macclesfield forest for a walk today. I’ve no idea if that’s considered local under lockdown as it’s 25 mins drive away. I found out they were charging again for the car park and had no cash as I only brought my card. A lovely young couple passing by gave me £2.50 for the machine. It was so kind of them. We had a lovely walk  through the forest and along the reservoir in the sunshine. The photo is the feeder for the reservoir. A more jarring note was a traffic warden giving out parking tickets to people who were over the line on the roadside parking. For heaven’s sake, isn’t lockdown bad enough without petty rules when people were just trying to get some exercise.
I put a couple in extras from the forest.
