Rousse

I got this on my way home from the hairdresser. Easy tea tonight, homemade frozen fish pie is in the oven now and also a small homemade frozen apple sponge pudding to share. I’m so grateful for batch cooking and baking. Grateful too for not being locked down, but very very aware how difficult it is for others who are under lockdown. Take care, and look all around you, there is usually something to blip.
