Mwaaaw!

A couple of days ago , for the first time ever, I saw a Californian quail in our garden.They are common visitors to our Lake Tarawera garden but we'd not ever seen one here before .
This morning, when I opened the stitching cave ranch sliders, there he was , expired on the pavers ...so sad.
