Another frosty start

It is rather nice having cool and dry morning plods - so much nicer than getting drenched as I get the miles in.

I spent the day at work recording a load of training videos. I managed to get them all done but now have the joy of editing the auto captions - which often takes longer than recording the videos in the first place. I must mumble as some of the captions are very weird and wonderful!  I am going t9 try to whizz through them so I can have an early Friday finish.

I get to pick up my new glasses on Friday too - such excitement! Any trip out at the moment seems fun :)
