Life’s a Beach

After some hot , stormy days; the weather in Queensland has settled back to mid 20’s and sunny.

We got to the beach way after sunrise today. We’ve been away at a 70th birthday celebration about two hours south of home. After a late night full of red wine and reminiscing the night before, then driving home in work traffic, sleeping in was in order last night.

I’d never been to a big BBQ before. There’s meat everywhere! As well as my dinner I got a couple of meatballs and a few bits off the ground. It was awesome!
