Needs snuggles

Sainsbury’s was a bit stressful this morning as quite a few people were doing shopping as couples and therefore taking up space.
Thought we would check out a new route for our run so we walked it with Hetty, interestingly it took us through a lovely park area we didn’t know was there. Hubby looked at a map and thought it would be around 5k and amazingly it was just over, so we are going to run it in the morning.
Took Hetty for her evening walk but fireworks had started early and she was stressed to headed home, she kept close during dinner, wouldn’t play and then started hiding. Hubby lifted her onto the sofa and snuggled, that settled her. She has been up against my legs on the sofa all evening with lots of cuddles when the bangs go off.
Delivery from Hotel Chocolate arrived today, two advent calendars, did consider eating them during lockdown but thought it would be better to wait. I got the 100% and hubby got the kids one.
