the neighborhood is abuzz today

Today our neighborhood is having our gutters cleaned out. That involves people walking around on the roof and using air to blow out the leaves and pine needles. It also involves people on the ground blowing said debris into piles to be bagged up. Needless to say, it is very noisy.
So this juvenile Red-tailed Hawk (tail is not red yet) decided to get in on the action and squawk at the workers.
