While My Guitar Gently Weeps

This morning I managed to break a string on my Telecaster, this afternoon I changed all the strings, gave it a good clean and listened to music, a very calming experience and satisfactory day.

My album of the day is "The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust" by David Bowie. So many good memories relate to the purchase of my first Bowie album in 1972. Bruce's Record Shop, "I Found It At Bruce's" carrier bags, Burns Howff, Clouds Ballroom, Green's Playhouse, TOTP's, fashion, dancing, long lost friends and the obliviousness to what awaited us in this deeply divided world.
