Brooke's last game of the season

They played hard, won their first game this morning and lost the second. These girls have all stepped up their game incredibly this season. I understand why Brooke hobbles into bed, bruised and exhausted, after her games. It's rough out there. Even for fifth and sixth graders!

Tonight John created birthday eve for me with Chinese Spareribs (my annual birthday dinner choice) and amazing cake from Scratch Baking Co. Yum Yum, thank you, Johnny. It was a hard call which to blip, the coconut frosted cake (beautiful!) or Brookie the basketball rockstar.
