Back blip

Had another bad day again today with back pain which left me today unable to do very much.

I do apologise for the amount of back blips recently but when I am not feeling great I don't have many options as I don't have the energy to do so even walking the dogs today I struggled.

This was taken about 2 years ago if I remember over in Dornie I think I cannot remember exactly. No edit at all, photo as is off the camera.
