Softly, Softly Task Force

I read an article about exercise on B.B.C. World this evening. This quotation was in the article, "My body is my machine and if I do not take care of it no-one else will." Absolutely right, but the operator is a tender soul that requires some pampering occasionally in order to drive the machine efficiently. Hence my new bedtime drink; cocoa, marshmallows and chocolate sauce.
