Crystal ball?

As is their wont, the guidance for schools came out days after the decisions. We had already decided to require staff to wear masks in communal areas and recommend the same for students from tomorrow. The guidance says we’ve got a week to bring it in. I doubt there is any scientific evidence to say that next week is the optimum time but nor is there any acknowledgement that they left the guidance until today.

So, what with that, the situation across the Atlantic and Bailey being unhappy about people letting of fireworks at nearly half ten, it’s been a particular kind of day.
