Double bloom rose

I have never come across a rose like this. It is 2 separate heads on one green base and stem. It is a lovely scented rose I have had for many years. So not sure why it has grown like this.

Yesterday I broke a back tooth which is now sharp against my tongue. This morning I went to the dentist. It was all locked up. There was a man on his phone standing by the door. As I continued rattling the door a receptionist unlocked the door. "You can't come in, You have to phone us, " she said. The man was so cross. "I've been waiting for you to answer your phone for 20 minutes...no answer," he said. She shut and locked the door. And that was that!

So I bought some chewing gum to cover the ragged tooth and will try to phone them later in the week!
