Blue Sky And The Progress Of Leaf Fall

A welcome blue sky after winds and rain.

Today’s Blipfoto shows four of our Oak Trees each exhibiting a different stage of colour and leaf drop. They are all different species and each has a metal tag which links to the Tree Preservation which covers nearly two miles of our road.

Quite a few in the plan have fallen to the ground or been removed because of Farming Activity and a nameless Service Utility.

The Beech is the most advanced in displaying bare branches.

Whatever the outcome of you know what turns out to be, I suspect that one person will be making more than his fair share of noise.
