Central Station Glasgow

Glasgow Central is the biggest and busiest railway station in Scotland .

The station was opened by the Caledonian Railway Company in1879. The roof of the original station was added in 1882 which was one of the largest single span covered spaces in the world at that time.

The huge victorian clock hangs from the ceiling in the middle of the station.
