The Apprentice #1

One of the things I had earmarked for retirement was to go out and about with a couple of my self-employed friends to firstly get an insight into their working lives (which is hugely different to my corporate life) and secondly to spend to be able to spend some time with them.

So today, I accompanied my good friend Bunny to the antiques and collectors fair at Ardingly.   I like to think I was Eric to his Lovejoy, but DawnAgain (rather unfairly, I felt) suggested Tinker was more accurate.  Having said that though, we both agreed I couldn't carry off the beret look.

This is Bunny trying to get inside a 200 year old wall-mounted cupboard.  I'm not sure whether he was hoping to find a secret entry into a Narnia inspired world or not, but he was happy enough to pay for it and take it home with him.  A fabulous day, and one that will most definitely be repeated.....
