Queen Victoria Would Be Proud!

A flower of the Victoria Lily Victoria amazónica. This giant lily is the national flower of Guyana. At Kanapaha Botanical Gardens they are beginning their winter decline. There are still a few flowers remaining and they are still quite impressive. Fletcher and I had a calming walk through the gardens this morning. My vote has been in for two weeks, so absolutely no drama! :)
