from my chair......

the few leaves left on my giant silver birches sapling seemed pure gold in the sunshine, moving in the breeze..........many other beautiful autumn colours can be seen in this simple shot.
Today 18 staples were removed, so it feels a bit better.... not a lot of pain anymore....so thankful for that.....
there’s still room for improvement in the nights, but maybe as i can try to lay on my wound side it’ll be better...........now learning to be patient for the 5/6 weeks ahead.......
