Back brace.

Wow I didn’t sleep well. Sore and ouch all the way. I’ve never tried a back brace before but quite frankly I wouldn’t be able to stand without it right now.
Pottered with the girls. R stayed off work to help. We watched some films together and played and generally chilled in our PJs.
The weather is shocking and cold so we didn’t venture out. How grim it is after the clocks changed and the nights draw in.
