Happy Birthday Sue

We had planned a birthday lunch in the garden but the overnight storm put paid to that. None of us complained about the drop in temperature although Prue arrived in a big wooly jumper. I guess at almost 91 she in entitled to feel the chill.

The theme was pink and flowery with table settings that haven’t seen the light of day for years. Arnie was way outnumbered by us girls again but didn’t seem to mind.

Lunch was Mushroom bruschetta followed by pulled lamb tacos with a bunch of sides and a a chocolate almond Charlotte with birthday candles to finish.

We were all positively stuffed and sore from laughing. What a great day.
