Snow on the Malverns

A very early start this morning to drive down to Heathrow and drop Laura off for her flight back to Macedonia. Fortunately, we had a good run, and got her there in good time. Then we headed back to my sisters for another couple of days. Janet had an appointment in the morning, so this gave us the opportunity to stop off at Roger's sister Pamela's (only a few miles off our route) for a coffee en route. In the afternoon Janet was waiting in for another phone call, so we went out on our own, and headed back to the Malverns, which we were surprised to find dusted in snow - there wasn't any at Janet's. The light was pretty poor, but it was really beautiful, and so different to the other day when everything was shrouded in fog. However, when you were nearing the peak it got a little icy underfoot so we turned back, and followed a lower-level path for a while, till that too got icy.
