Christmas Chestnuts

I'm not making assumptions about Christmas Dinner but, even if there are just the three of us, we shall aim to have a traditional meal.

Today, a fiddly part of the process, peeling and cooking chestnuts for the freezer - 400g make a perfect quantity for stuffing a turkey.
